6 bananas, peeled
4 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
Cut bananas into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and milk. Mix batter well. Stir in banana slices. Heat oil in wok on medium heat.
Drop banana batter into wok and cook until cookies become golden brown. Remove and let cool.
